Elite Project Development Consultants represents a successful transformation of a residential space into a sophisticated, fully functional modern office environment. Located in Yakkala, Sri Lanka, this project demonstrates how thoughtful interior design can repurposed existing structures to meet the evolving needs of a growing professional services firm.

Founded in 2017 by Chartered Quantity Surveyor Prasad Dissanayaka, Elite Project Development Consultants has established itself as a premier provider of specialist quantity surveying and cost consultancy services. With its headquarters in Kurunegala and a registered presence in Dubai's Meydan Free Zone, the firm serves a distinguished global clientele spanning the UK, UAE, KSA, Qatar, Oman, and Australia. The Yakkala branch was conceived as a strategic expansion to bring world-class consultancy services closer to clients in the region.

The core objective was to create a workable, efficient office environment that reflects the professionalism and global reach of Elite PDC. Our design team meticulously planned the space to accommodate the diverse operational needs of the branch, allocating dedicated zones for the executive director's office, staff workstations, training facilities, a welcoming lobby and reception area, dining and breakout spaces, and efficient storage and utility areas.

The transformation from residential to commercial office space required careful consideration of workflow optimisation, lighting, and acoustics. The design embraces a modern office interior aesthetic that balances functionality with visual appeal — creating an environment that inspires confidence in clients and fosters productivity among staff. Every aspect of the space was tailored to reflect Elite PDC's brand identity as a trusted advisor in the construction industry, delivering services "from inception to completion" to clients worldwide.
