This renovation project transformsan existing structure into a vibrant, customer-centric fresh food destinationthat celebrates CIC Agri's legacy as one of Sri Lanka's leading producers ofrice and fresh agricultural products.

CIC Fresheeze has established itself as a trusted namesynonymous with fresh vegetables, fresh fruits, and exceptionalquality. The Jawatta outlet elevates this reputation by introducing aunique plant house feature—an integrated greenhouse showcasing adiverse collection of indoor and outdoor plants, creating a distinctiveshopping experience that sets this supermarket apart. The café area,strategically positioned at the inviting entrance, has become a major businessdriver, offering Fresheeze's famous fresh juices and innovative food recipesthat have garnered a loyal following.

The interior design was developed with a customer-orientedspace planning approach, featuring ergonomic layouts that facilitate anintuitive and enjoyable shopping journey. The space is organized intospecialized zones for CIC's diverse product portfolio—including their renownedrice range, LINK products, dairy, meat supplies, and partner supplierofferings. Each section features a specialized colour theme andgraphics designed under the corporate branding guidelines of CIC Fresheeze andCIC Holdings, ensuring seamless brand expression throughout the store.

The design team worked creatively within the existingbuilding constraints, respecting the column grid structure and incorporating itharmoniously into the modern design theme. This approach minimized extensiveconstruction changes while delivering a fresh, contemporary retail environment.
