Strategically located adjacent to the bustling Economic Center in one of Colombo's most business-oriented areas, this proposed renovation transforms an existing retail space into a modern, purpose-built showcase for CIC Agri's extensive fertiliser and agricultural product portfolio.

CIC Agri, a subsidiary of CIC Holdings PLC, stands as one of Sri Lanka's leading producers of agricultural fertilizer products. The company's products are marketed directly through CIC Agri Businesses and its specialized subsidiary companies, making this showroom a critical touch point for farmers, agricultural professionals, and gardening enthusiasts across the island.

The showroom was conceived as more than a retail outlet — it is an agricultural product showcase designed to educate, inform, and inspire visitors. The interior features an ergonomic layout with product marketing-oriented space planning, creating an intuitive journey through the diverse product range. The design team worked creatively within the existing building constraints, developing a modern unique design theme with minimum construction changes.
