This stunning contemporary modern house is situated in the urban greater Colombo area, which boasts of fresh ventilation and minimal noise, providing the perfect environment for architectural experimentation. The design of the house features an abundance of naturally ventilated spaces, which allows the architect to play with the design and create a unique living experience.

The house features a double-height courtyard that acts as a natural light source for the living and dining areas during the day. Our team at Kalota added an extra level of support to the architect's vision by selecting and designing the most suitable furniture colors and elements to complement the space. The warm colors used in the design provide a cozy and welcoming atmosphere to the house.

Although warm colors can feel hot during the day, the courtyard effectively neutralizes and balances the inner temperature of the house by natural ventilation, creating a comfortable living environment. Our team took a meticulous approach to ensure that the design was executed to perfection, paying close attention to every detail, from the furniture selection to the decor items.

The end result is a stunning contemporary modern house that is both aesthetically pleasing and functional, making it the perfect representation of modern living in an urban environment.
