The Finance

The goal of this project was to create a modern and unique office environment that would stand out from traditional office spaces. Innovative Design Systems (Indesis) was tasked with creating a custom design theme and corporate color scheme for the Finance office, which would be implemented throughout all office extensions.

The color scheme consists of maroon and beach color timber textures that are used to create a cohesive look across the entire office.Kalota was responsible for designing and fabricating the furniture and other elements of each office extension to match the design theme and hierarchy. The furniture was carefully detailed to ensure that it was functional and aesthetically pleasing.The open layout of the space was planned with the easy handling of customers and cooperative working in mind.

The main colors of the brand identification, maroon and orange, were used to characterize cupboards, tables, and other elements of the interior space. The overall design creates an incorporated work environment that is unique, simple, and immediately responsive to the company's valuable customers.The office is spread over four large building floors, which are arranged to include a lobby, meeting rooms, a floor dedicated to conference areas, and spaces for directors, managers, and staff. There is also a lobby and dining area in the midst of the office, where private discussions with customers and face-to-face meetings can be held. Additionally, leisure zones are included throughout the office to promote a relaxed and productive work environment.
